What can I expect after I purchase tickets?
After you make your reservation you will receive an email with a confirmation number that confirms your purchase. This is your receipt. The receipt includes the date and time of your departure, directions to the departure point, and the number of seats/tickets purchased. When you arrive at the departure point everyone in your party must check in with the Colorado Jitney representative at the desk, present your identification, and then proceed to the bus.

Do I need a reservation?
To guarantee yourself a seat you need to make a reservation. If there are any available seats on the bus we will accept CASH the morning of departure.
How do I make a reservation?
Click on the Home page of this web site, select the Resort, the date, and the number of people traveling (along with their names). A credit card payment is required to hold the reservation. All reservations must be prepaid.
Can I reserve for a group?
Yes! You can reserve seats for your entire group. If your group is 10 or more people please call (888)774-7311. For groups smaller than 10 you may process your order on our website. First enter the origin, destination, dates of travel, and quantity of travelers, then hit "Find Transportation". Next, a confirmation screen will confirm your dates of travel—if the dates are correct hit "Purchase Tickets". Enter the names of the passengers, your credit card information and then hit "Purchase Tickets". You will then receive a confirmation page with a confirmation number, dates of travel, and directions to the pick-up point.
Will I be notified of additional trips?
Please visit this web site every week, all schedule changes will be posted in the reservation system. Additionally, we may e-mail customers when there are new trip offerings, and other news that we believe may be of interest to you.
